The CHEP 2023 conference will be hosted at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott with overflow accommodations at the Sheraton Waterside.  The conference will take place at the Marriott conference center which is in the heart of the downtown district of Norfolk, VA and within walking distance of multiple dining, shopping and entertainment venues.  

There will be no arranged child care for the CHEP2023 conference.  Should you want to look into childcare options in the area this may be a helpful starting point https://www.care.com/.

Hotel Reservations:

NOTE: Deadline to book hotel rooms with discounted Conference Rate is April 15, 2023! Regarding the room block at the Norfolk Marriott, the hotel is sold out of Double Rooms (listed at $122) and will only have King Rooms available at the $110 rate. 

Norfolk Marriott Includes BREAKFAST daily (Breakfast may only be enjoyed at the hotel you are occupying).  This hotel is SOLD OUT of Double Double Rooms; only King Rooms are available. Individual room reservations may be canceled within 24 hours of the arrival date (before 6 p.m. the day before arrival). To make changes to your current reservation or if you are having reservation challenges, please reach out to the local reservationist only at 757-628-6411 or 757-627-4200 between  8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.
